An officer using the self service function can use the Ask function to ask a question about an item on order.
From the Officer Details | Items Ordered screen, select the three dot menu next to an Item, and press Ask Question.
Enter the Question and press OK
Datatecnix will assist with the configuration. The email address that the question is sent to is defined as a parameter "Question Email" on the Shopping Module. If not set the default of firstname.lastname@example.org will be used.
The from email address is based on the staff record email address for the officer ( otherwise the default of email@example.com will be used).
