Stock by warehouse report
To generate a report of the stock items in a particular warehouse go to the Stock menu then from the drop down go to Reports then Stock By Warehouse:
The screen will display all of the stock items and sizes contained within all warehouses.
The report can be downloaded as a pdf file, a csv file, a TIFF image, exported into excel or exported into word. Click on Actions or Report to select which format you would like the report to appear as.

Before generating the report you can filter the data by applying criteria to any of the columns listed ie warehouse, item code, description, size, total stock, free stock, on order, latest cost etc.
For example you may want a report for all short sleeve female shirts. In the quick find box you can enter shirt female short or you could search on the stock item code.
Then select which format you would like the report in. Below is an example of a report in a pdf format:
