Go to Stock/Reports/Usage and you will see 4 reports listed:


- Position

- Transaction

- Item

- Item analysis



Position


This will show the current stock position for each item and size. The Stock Position is calculated as follows:


Stock level + Qty on order - Allocated requisitions - Outstanding requisitions


If you click on a stock item in the top grid the lower grid will display additional information for Size Breakdown and Supplier Infomation for that item/size.



Transactions


This will display the last 3 years requisition issues and returns for every item and size. The report also provides totals for quantity and cost.



Item


This will show the usage over certain periods of time for all stock items along with the current free stock level and quantity on order for each item.


To view the usage for individual sizes click on the stock item in the top grid and the lower grid will display this information. It will also display Supplier Information and Purchase Orders associated with that item/size.


To view the usage for individual warehouses for a particular item/size click on the size in the Size Breakdown grid and another grid below will appear and display the information at warehouse level.


The report also provides totals for quantity and cost.



Item Analysis


This is similar to the Item report, the difference being that the Size and Warehouse Breakdown figures are shown in tabs along the top grid.



Filtering Reports


The usage reports will automatically display all stock items.


You can filter any of the reports by adding a filter to a column in the report ie item code or product group or by using the quick find box.


To apply a filter to a column click the drop down box to the right of the column heading you want to apply the filter to ie Item Code:




Then select which filter you would like to apply ie Begins with or Equals. The report will then only display the items you have requested. Filters can be applied to any column.
