There is an option to enter a condition status of a serial numbered stock item when it is being delivered into store, returned to store or returned for disposal.
To set up a Condition status go to Administration>Stock>Serial Numbers>Item Condition Status
Click New to add a new Condition then enter a condition code and description.
To see the serial numbers currently applied to each condition click on a condition and they will be displayed in the lower grid.
