A serial numbered stock item can have any of the following statuses:
Store - the serial number is in a warehouse
Issued - the serial number has been issued to an officer or location
Accepted - the serial number has been received and accepted by an officer or location
Searches and reports can be generated on any of the statuses by using the Search or Reporting screens.
