If you do not want to print a label for every item and size untick the box to the left of the column named Copies and this will remove the ticks from all of the items and sizes. You can then search and select the individual lables you require. You can print multiples of the same label by increasing the number of copies. Fianlly click the Print button at the top of the screen.

Remember to save the label. Click File > Save As and save it to the Labels directory. The next time you open Zebra the label will appear under the Recent Labels.
