Stock replenishment is used to transfer stock from one warehouse to another.
Go to Stock > Replenishment
To add a replenishment header click New.
Enter the warehouse the stock is being tranferred from (A) followed by the warehouse the stock is being transferred to (B).
Add a description then click ok.
The next stage is to add the items that are going to transferred. Click New from the lower grid.
Find the item & size you want to transfer and enter the quantity. Then click ok. Repeat for all items & sizes that you want to transfer.
Please note all of the stock transfers will be from warehouse (A) to warehouse (B). If you want to transfer stock from warehouse B to A you will need to add a new replenishment header.
Once you have finishing adding the items click Post from the header grid. This will transfer the stock from one warehouse to another. The stock transactions will be shown as TRNF (Transfer From) and TRNT (Transfer To).
From the header grid you can also print the list of stock transfers.
