From the Requisitions menu select Reporting:



You will then need to add the filters that you require. Three filters are currently displayed (Company Name, Type & Item code).




You will probably not require any of these filters so change them to the fields that you want to report on ie Comment Desc, Date Placed & Status.


See the screen shot below to see how the filters should be applied:



Then click search.


This will provide you with a list of the requisition lines that have a Comment of Lost at Station. To run the same report for alternative Comments just change the Comment Desc filter to equal XXX.


You can then download the data into excel my clicking the Actions button and selecting the option to Download items in csv format.

If you require more detailed information for each of the requisition lines, before adding your filters change the 'View' on the right hand side to Requisition Lines All.
