CXML Integration is introduced in version 2.1 of OPEX. This allows direct integration of the OPEX Purchase Order and the Suppliers online shopping catalogue.
The initial integration is with the YPO Group.
Once a Supplier is configured to use CXML Punchout a Punch Out option is displayed on the Purchase Order Header. Click this to move to the Supplier site, select and add items to the Shopping Basket and Checkout. The items selected will be displayed as lines on the OPEX Purchase Orders.
Where an item in the Supplier Shopping basket has a Part ID that matches an OPEX Item Code/Supplier Setup for that Supplier the line will be defined as an Item line otherwise it will be a Free Form text line. The lines can be updated and modified as normal, before the Purchase Order is submitted for Approval.

Administration > Purchase Orders > Suppliers > CXML Configuration
Once a CXML Integration has been added it can be linked to one or more suppliers on the Supplier Management Screen.
